Returns & exchanges
This policy applies to BLACK PORTAL orders shipped to Greece. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective physical products, and we accept exchanges. Email info@blackportal3d.com to start a return or exchange.
Return window
You have 14 days from the day you receive a physical product to request a return or exchange. Tell us within that window even if the parcel is still in transit back to us.
Physical products
Change of mind (non-defective): unused items in original condition can be returned for a full product refund or exchanged for another in-stock item. You pay return shipping unless we agree otherwise. Defective or damaged in transit: we repair, reprint, exchange, or refund. We cover return shipping for defects we are responsible for. EU legal guarantee rights for faulty goods still apply.
Digital STL files
STL downloads cannot be returned once the download link has been sent, except if the file is corrupt or unusable. In that case we resend a working file or refund.
How to return or exchange
Email info@blackportal3d.com with your order details, whether you want a refund or an exchange, and photos if the item is damaged. We will confirm the address and next steps. Do not send a parcel until we reply.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original PayPal payment. There is no restocking fee. After we receive and check a returned physical item, refunds usually complete within 5–14 days.
